About these terms
These terms apply to StayHomeHire, a work-from-home job board and career resource brand operated by its parent company, OMGItzLo Projects. References to “StayHomeHire,” “we,” or “our” mean the StayHomeHire service.
Using StayHomeHire
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. StayHomeHire provides job listings, career information, resources, advertising, and links to third-party websites for general informational use.
Job listings and applications
StayHomeHire is not the employer for companies shown on the job board and does not control their hiring decisions. Job availability, pay, location rules, benefits, and requirements can change. Confirm every opportunity on the employer’s official website before applying.
No employment guarantee
Using the site does not guarantee an interview, job offer, income, or hiring result. Career articles and resources are general guidance and are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking listings, protecting your personal information, and deciding whether an employer or opportunity is right for you. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful material.
Your account, comments and likes
Use one StayHomeHire account to manage your profile, comment on articles, like posts and, if you choose to join, use Side Stash. Sign-in and confirmation of your current email are required for new comments, new likes and free member packs. A pending email check does not prevent signing in, using account recovery or contacting support. Normal public registration gives basic account access, not editorial, employer or administrator permissions. Keep your account details accurate, protect your sign-in methods and do not impersonate another person or misuse community features. Use Account for available controls or contact us for help.
Our shared sign-in page supports site password sign-in and the configured Google option. Google is optional; no other social sign-in provider is currently offered. Google has its own terms, recovery and connection controls. Changing or removing a Google connection does not by itself delete your site account. Account emails, email confirmation and additional security checks can still apply. Do not share passwords, reset links or authenticator codes with support or other members.
Optional SideStash Socks
Side Stash uses confirmed survey rewards as noncash Socks for individual resource kits. Socks are not a cash balance, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold, and do not promise a payment from StayHomeHire or the survey provider. Confirm the preview and Sock cost before unlocking a kit. Surveys, qualification and rewards vary, and a survey attempt does not guarantee Socks.
Joining Side Stash is separate from creating an ordinary site account. It requires separate email confirmation, adult and policy agreement, and applicable security checks. Its SideStash rules explain eligibility, corrections, existing records, access and reviews. Public jobs, employer applications and existing free resources stay free; no survey or kit unlock gives priority or exclusive access to a job. Earlier earned obligations are not silently converted or erased by these terms.
Third-party links, ads, and services
StayHomeHire may link to employers, advertisers, affiliates, and other services. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or advertisement does not mean StayHomeHire or OMGItzLo Projects controls or guarantees the third party.
Content and trademarks
StayHomeHire’s original site content, branding, and design may not be copied or republished without permission. StayHomeHire content is owned or licensed by the StayHomeHire brand and its parent company. Company names and logos shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are used to identify job opportunities.
Availability and changes
We may update, remove, or correct content and may change these terms when the site or its services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, StayHomeHire and its parent company are not responsible for hiring decisions, third-party conduct, expired listings, losses caused by scams, or problems arising from external websites. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Rules and contests
The Rules Hub links to site terms, SideStash rules and published contest-specific rules. A contest is governed by its own official rules; the hub alone does not open entries or promise a prize. SideStash participation does not itself enter you into a contest.
Your application reminder
The Applied label records your own confirmation in this browser. It is not an employer receipt, does not verify submission and does not prevent you opening the application again.
