A role can accept applicants in your country and still require a schedule that does not fit. Convert the working hours before you spend the evening preparing an application.
Find the exact time-zone wording
Look for named zones, overlap hours, shifts and weekend requirements. If a listing says “US hours” without a specific zone, ask for clarification. Countries can span several time zones, and seasonal clock changes can affect the conversion.
Compare the whole week
Write the required hours beside your local schedule, including the day. A late shift in one location may run into the next morning in another. Include any stated on-call coverage or regular meetings instead of checking only the advertised start time.
Keep the answer with the listing
Save the employer’s response, the role title and its StayHomeHire Job ID. If a shift is still unclear, mark that question rather than treating a guess as confirmed. Make the decision using the employer’s requirements and the week you actually need to live.
