An applicant should be able to picture the workday before they rearrange one to interview. If your remote job post generates the same questions every week, give those answers a permanent home.
Describe an ordinary Tuesday
Name the work people will actually do: the customer channels, typical tasks, systems and decisions. If the role includes calls, say so. If it has a quota or an on-call rotation, explain it early. A friendly title cannot do that work for you.
Separate location from working hours
List the countries or states where you can hire, then explain required coverage in a named time zone. Remote describes where work happens; it does not tell an applicant whether your schedule fits their life.
Show what happens after Apply
Explain the hiring stages, any assessment and who sends updates. Keep the application destination specific to the opening. When sharing a StayHomeHire listing, include its Job ID so someone can find the same role again.
