What you’ll do
- Handle customer and retailer calls and emails throughout the claims process.
- Review documentation and coverage, arrange technicians and parts, and follow up on open claims.
- Review inspection information and help coordinate replacements, settlements or other service solutions.
What the employer asks for
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least six months of demonstrated intake-process proficiency and completion of the employer’s existing training.
- Computer and keyboard skills, basic math, clear communication and effective call handling.
- Ability to process existing claims, work with a team and adapt to changing procedures.
