What you’ll do

• Review Medicare claims, research errors and determine benefit eligibility and payment amounts.
• Apply Medicare processing rules, interpret benefits and maintain accurate records.
• Meet production and quality standards, communicate with colleagues and protect member information.

Minimum qualifications

• An associate degree in a related healthcare field, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus three years of healthcare claims billing and processing experience.
• One year of Medicare claims processing experience.
• One year working with CMS/professional and UB/institutional claims.
• One year of customer service experience.
