CharterUP
CharterUP is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to help customers and drivers keep group transportation trips on track. The role pays $26.50 per hour. Work includes answering calls and emails, resolving routine problems, following up with customers, and recording the outcome of each interaction.
During live trips, you will help coordinate responses to delays, cancellations, route changes, vehicle problems, and weather disruptions. You will share updates with drivers and customers, work with internal operations teams, and escalate safety concerns or complicated service failures. Clear writing, good organization, practical problem solving, and comfort learning new systems are important. The application asks about long-term availability for nights and weekends. Its next training class begins October 12 and runs for six weeks; training hours vary, and the permanent schedule is set at offer.
Eligible hiring states are Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. CharterUP lists company-provided computer equipment, employee medical, dental and vision premiums, paid time off, holidays, and a U.S. 401(k) plan.
