Outbound Sales and Enrollment Coordinator

BroadPath, a Sagility Company, is hiring work-from-home Outbound Sales and Enrollment Coordinators for English-only and Spanish–English assignments. Starting pay is $16 per hour for English-only roles and $17 per hour for bilingual roles, paid weekly. The employer explicitly says this is not a licensed sales role.

You will contact people who may qualify for healthcare or public assistance programs, explain available benefits, and help them understand enrollment steps. Duties include collecting household, income, and demographic information; checking eligibility; explaining Medicaid documents and timelines; and guiding people through applications or appropriate resources. You will record interactions accurately and follow HIPAA, do-not-call, and program opt-out requirements.

Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in consultative sales, scheduling, or retention with objection handling. The role requires confidence making outbound calls, attentive listening, comfort navigating several systems, and the ability to meet outreach and enrollment goals. The employer asks for reliable internet and a private, distraction-free workspace.

Assigned schedules fall within Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern, depending on business needs. Interviews, training, meetings, and routine check-ins involve camera participation.
