Pay and schedule
The role pays $23 per hour for 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Pacific as stated by the employer. Additional hours may be required during busy periods. This seasonal W-2 assignment begins October 12, 2026. Employees are expected to remain through December 31; individual assignments are anticipated to end January 15 or February 5, 2027 as staffing reduces.
The work
Process insurance enrollments, terminations and cancellations, resolve errors, request missing information and keep accurate records. Handle sensitive consumer information and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements and location
Applicants need experience with detailed processes, customer communication, confidential information and technology-based workflows. ACA enrollment, Healthcare.gov, Covered California and Zendesk experience are preferred. No insurance license or degree requirement is stated.
