Pay and training
Base pay starts at $21 per hour; a higher rate may depend on qualifications, location and assignment. Paid training and weekly pay are offered. A $200 training-completion bonus, $500 end-of-season bonus and application incentives have attendance, performance and program conditions.
The work
Answer inbound calls, understand healthcare needs, explain Medicare plans and complete enrollments while protecting customer information and meeting sales expectations.
Requirements and location
An active resident Health Insurance Producer License and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Reciprocal licenses may be needed. Previous sales, customer service or insurance experience is preferred. The employer lists U.S. remote locations, including nationwide; confirm your assignment’s eligibility during hiring. Schedules may fall Monday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m. in the client’s local time. A private workspace, 19-inch monitor and wired internet of at least 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload are needed. A laptop, headset and webcam are provided.
