Lockton’s BCInsourcing team is hiring for the 2026 annual benefits enrollment season. Requisition 2601D9 is a temporary W-2 assignment for October–November 2026.
Pay and schedule
Non-licensed professionals earn $18–$21/hour; Life & Health insurance professionals earn $22–$24/hour. Weekly pay, paid training and equipment are provided. Work 40 hours Monday–Friday, with shifts between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Central.

Help employees understand benefits, answer questions, guide enrollment and document personalized telephone reviews.
Requirements and location
Applicants need strong phone communication and computer skills, and must commit to the full assignment. Relevant customer service, benefits or insurance experience is preferred; assessments may be required. Remote work and remote training are available to eligible non-local hires in the listed states and DC. Local Kansas hires train at the Overland Park office. No travel is required. Confirm the remote arrangement with the employer when applying.
Compensation: $18–$21/hour non-licensed; $22–$24/hour with Life & Health insurance licensing (USD)
