Wayfair is hiring a Premier Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming calls from consumer and business customers.
What You’ll Do
• Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales opportunities
• Identify needs, recommend products, and place orders
• Overcome objections and create quotes for business customers
• Track goals, follow the sales process, and respond to coaching
• Navigate changing systems and product information
What You’ll Need
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Confidence asking customers for their business
• Strong communication, resilience, and goal ownership
• Schedule flexibility, including Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, and holidays
Pay
$16 per hour plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses. Wayfair provides company hardware and offers eligible benefits.
