Wayfair is hiring a full-time Virtual Category Sales Specialist to help customers choose products in areas such as outdoor living, upholstery, home improvement, or mattresses.
What You’ll Do
• Meet monthly revenue, call, and performance targets
• Build product expertise and confidently guide purchase decisions
• Handle objections, close sales, and assist with overflow across categories
• Learn new products, promotions, systems, and supplier capabilities
What You’ll Need
• One to three years of success in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales role
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A private workspace and hardwired internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Weekend availability
Pay
$16 per hour plus uncapped monthly bonuses. Wayfair reports average all-in earnings of $26–$28 per hour after ramp-up. Company equipment is provided.
