Licensed Health Insurance Rep (Remote)

Concentrix is recruiting licensed health-insurance representatives for seasonal remote customer support.

Pay and schedule

• $21–$23 per hour, with possible performance incentives.
• Seasonal assignment through December 7, 2026; another role may be available afterward.
• U.S. residence and a quiet home workspace required.

What you’ll do

Explain policy choices and documentation, make outbound customer contacts, record interactions and navigate several systems. The employer describes this as a non-sales role.

Requirements

• Active resident health-insurance license; preferably no appointments.
• Six months of customer-service experience.
• High school diploma or GED and ability to pass the employer’s background screening.
