Calibrate is hiring a remote Member Care Coordinator to help members move through healthcare appointments, medication approvals and follow-up care.

- Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30, 9:30–6:00 or 10:30–7:00 Eastern
What you’ll do
Coordinate clinical handoffs, document cases, contact members and follow up with insurers and pharmacies. The work includes prior authorizations, appeals, medication-access issues and escalated questions.
What you’ll need
At least two years of busy customer-service, call-center or patient-advocacy experience. Healthcare, pharmacy or PBM experience is preferred. Medical-assistant training or certification and familiarity with EHR, Zendesk and authorization platforms are valued.
