The advertised range is $15–$17 per hour. Representatives handle inbound questions, provide basic technical support, document interactions and offer relevant additional services.

- At least one year of customer-service experience and a high school diploma or GED.
- Open availability and a quiet workspace in the United States.
- Wired high-speed internet; hotspots, satellite and wireless connections are not accepted.
