ResultsCX is hiring Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agents to remotely assist customers with their health insurance plans.
This is a sales position with paid training and no commission-based compensation. Agents receive qualified live leads rather than working from a lead list.
What You’ll Do
• Explain the features and advantages of available medical plans.
• Help bring new members onto appropriate health insurance plans.
• Support existing members with cost and plan analysis.
• Help members identify products that may best fit their needs during yearly reviews.
• Educate customers about health insurance coverage, including plan costs and benefits.
• Build relationships with customers while identifying appropriate coverage options.
• Sell and close health insurance plan enrollments.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while communicating with customers.
License Requirements
• Must have a resident insurance license in hand.
• Continuing Education (CE) requirements must be completed.
• ResultsCX will support agents with the purchase of additional licenses required for the position.
Education
• High School Diploma or GED required.
Skills
• English language proficiency.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Charismatic and persuasive communication style.
• Ability to build relationships and connect with customers.
• Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers.
Schedule & Availability
Open availability is required between:
7:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
7 days per week during the selling season.
Pay
Sales season base pay is $21.00 per hour beginning on the first day of the selling season.
Pay returns to the applicable base rate after the selling season.
Pay rates may vary depending on the program supported and program fit during the selection process.
Remote Work Requirements
To work virtually from home, you will need:
• PC or laptop running Windows 11.
• Mac computers are NOT accepted.
• Chromebooks are NOT accepted.
• Tablets and smartphones are NOT accepted.
• High-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download speed.
• Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed.
• Ability to connect directly to your internet service provider’s modem using an Ethernet cable.
• Wi-Fi is NOT acceptable.
• Two dedicated computer monitors measuring at least 13 inches each.
• VoIP USB headset with microphone.
• Webcam for training.
• Dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions.
Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process.
