Pay and hours
The national salary range is $58,600–$93,800. The National Plus range is $66,800–$106,900 for higher-cost labor markets, including Western Washington and Alaska. Premera generally targets around the midpoint. Availability from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pacific is required.
Work and qualifications
Forecast call demand, build staff schedules, monitor queues and staffing, maintain workforce systems and report performance trends. Required: an associate degree, relevant technical certification or two years of work experience; two years of call-center forecasting/scheduling; and three years of customer service. Workforce software and healthcare experience are preferred.
