U.S. Bank is hiring a home-based Mortgage Servicing Agent to help customers resolve account questions, payment issues, billing disputes, and other mortgage-servicing needs by phone.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Respond to customer inquiries and work toward first-contact resolution.
• Research account concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Assist with billing disputes, payment corrections, fees, and account maintenance.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and digital financial applications.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of relevant experience.
• Strong phone communication, problem-solving, organization, and technology skills.
• A distraction-free home workspace and the ability to work independently.
Customer service, call center, leadership, college, and mortgage experience are preferred but not all required.
PAY AND TRAINING
Starting pay: $20.00 per hour. Additional pay may be available for certain shifts and Saturday schedules.
Training: Nine weeks, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central, November 2 through January 1. The employer requires 100% attendance during training and does not permit time off, excluding holidays when operations are closed.
REMOTE ELIGIBILITY
