TTEC is hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Chat Agent for a remote role.
What You’ll Do
• Support insurance customers through live chat
• Research questions and explain products clearly in writing
• Manage up to two customer chats at the same time
• Identify appropriate upselling opportunities when applicable
What You’ll Need
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license
• At least six months of customer service experience
• Strong grammar, writing, and multitasking skills
• A computer and reliable hardwired internet above 25 Mbps
Pay
$20.50 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities.
