TTEC is hiring a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent for a remote sales and service role.
What You’ll Do
• Explain healthcare coverage and help customers compare plan options
• Support plan sales and renewals
• Handle inbound conversations and outbound follow-up
• Deliver accurate guidance while protecting customer privacy
What You’ll Need
• A current health insurance license
• At least six months of sales experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Ability to follow HIPAA and privacy requirements
Pay
$21 per hour guaranteed, plus bonuses. TTEC states that most agents earn about $22 per hour and top performers may reach $26 per hour.
