TTEC is hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for a remote role supporting customers across the United States.
What You’ll Do
• Answer customer communications and provide clear insurance guidance
• Research and resolve policy, billing, and coverage questions
• Explain available products and services
• Identify appropriate upselling opportunities when applicable
What You’ll Need
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license
• At least six months of customer service experience
• A computer, smartphone or authentication device, and a reliable hardwired internet connection above 25 Mbps
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
Pay
$20.50 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities.
