What You’ll Do
• Handle incoming customer calls in a high-volume environment
• Research healthcare questions and resolve customer concerns
• Explain benefits and provide clear guidance
• Work a fixed schedule while delivering friendly, accurate support
What You’ll Need
• At least six months of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort using Windows-based applications
• A quiet, private workspace and a hardwired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
Pay
$17.65 per hour.
