Trupanion
Trupanion is hiring a full-time Customer Retention Specialist for remote work in the United States. Hiring excludes Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada and New York. U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Pay: $23 per hour, with possible performance bonuses.
Schedule: 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m. PST, as stated by the employer; five eight-hour shifts including full weekends without rotation. Weekend availability is required.
Training: Seven weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific, with mandatory camera participation.
Help pet owners considering cancellation through phone and email, explain coverage, resolve objections and document conversations. Bring three years of retention/account-management or similar call-center experience and at least one year of customer service experience.
You must obtain and maintain Property and Casualty licenses across required jurisdictions. A private workspace and hard-wired cable/fiber Ethernet are required; Wi-Fi, satellite and hotspots are not allowed.
