Beyond Finance is hiring a Client Retention Specialist to support customers enrolled in financial-hardship programs.
What You’ll Do
• Educate clients about program benefits, processes, and available options
• De-escalate difficult calls with empathy and active listening
• Review client information and maintain accurate CRM records
• Analyze financial situations and develop individualized retention solutions
• Meet retention targets through inbound phone support
What You’ll Need
• Experience in retention, sales, or collections
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Call-center experience and comfort with high call volumes
• Strong negotiation, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• A quiet workspace, reliable hardwired internet, and weekend availability
Pay
$19–$20 per hour, with eligible benefits.
