Omada Health is hiring a senior product manager to develop enterprise partnerships for its virtual care programs. This full-time position is remote for people residing and working in one of the 50 U.S. states.
You would investigate new opportunities with health insurers, pharmacy benefit managers and providers, then define the product support or integrations those partnerships need. The role works closely with commercial teams and other product managers, contributes to special projects and helps establish ways to track progress.
The employer requires five or more years in product management and ten years of combined related experience, along with a degree or equivalent industry experience. Healthcare partnerships and provider integrations are useful background. Published base pay varies by geographic zone, from $152,000–$190,000 in Zone 3 to $174,800–$218,500 in Zone 1. Must reside and work within one of the 50 U.S. states. The employer excludes candidates outside the U.S. and says protected health data may not be accessed outside the U.S.; this definition excludes D.C. and territories.
Requirements to review
- At least five years in product management and ten years combined across strategy, product, management, development, consulting or business operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; strong analytical, communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Ability to lead discovery and launch new products; healthcare, health insurer/PBM, provider integration and AI/ML experience are preferred.
Compensation
Annual base salary by geographic zone: Zone 1 $174,800–$218,500; Zone 2 $167,200–$209,000; Zone 3 $152,000–$190,000.
