Required experience
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent.
- Two years of insurance claims follow-up.
- Two years of claim denial management.
- Five years in a physician and/or facility business office.
- One year working in a remote environment.
A healthcare-related bachelor’s degree and five years of behavioral-health physician/facility billing or auditing are preferred. Employer-required vaccination documentation or an approved exemption is a condition of employment before the start date. A flu shot or exemption requiring masking during the company’s flu season is also stated.
