Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health / MinuteClinic is hiring a full-time remote Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner, requisition R1034169. The published pay range is $37.66–$99.14 per hour for the job grade; the actual offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors. The role is eligible for a bonus, commission or short-term incentive program.

Schedule and patient care

The evening shift is 2:30 p.m.–11 p.m., including every other Saturday and Sunday. The employer does not specify a timezone. Provide remote assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling and follow-up planning for patients aged 18 months and older. Document care in the EHR and coordinate with the clinical team. This is patient-facing work involving computer and phone use.

Professional qualifications and locations

Complete a master’s-level Family Nurse Practitioner program and hold current National Board Certification and the state-of-employment license for advanced practice nursing. Applicants must currently be licensed in at least one of these states: Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Wisconsin or West Virginia. Be willing and able to obtain additional licensure as needed.

At least two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent is required. Applicants need clear communication, organization, independent clinical practice, problem solving, technology proficiency and collaboration skills. Additional spoken and written language proficiency, including Spanish, may be required by market.
