CharterUP is hiring an Operations Coordinator for its group transportation operation at $26.50 per hour. This role focuses on trip details and transportation providers. You will review upcoming trips, check that key information is accurate, answer provider calls and emails, and help resolve scheduling problems before they affect customers.
When plans change, the coordinator may locate and negotiate with replacement providers, handle cancellations or last-minute requests, and communicate updates across operations, sales, and customer support. The work also includes maintaining provider records, monitoring active trips, and preparing weekly operational reports for regional leads. It is a practical coordination role for someone who can keep several moving parts organized.
The employer requests two or more years of customer service or logistics coordination experience. Experience in transportation, hospitality, or a similar setting is helpful. Strong communication, attention to detail, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to learn new systems are important. Applicants need ongoing flexibility for nights and weekends.
