Pay and work

Requirements
At least one year of call-center or equivalent experience is required. Applicants must type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy and attend the full training program. Dental industry knowledge is an advantage; no insurance license requirement is listed.
Location and equipment
Applicants must work from Tennessee. A Windows 11 computer with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 fourth-generation or better processor, second monitor and approved USB headset are required. Use wired internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload. A compatible phone or tablet is needed for Microsoft Authenticator.
