NerdWallet is hiring a remote U.S. Customer Operations Specialist for email and chat support.
Pay and schedule
- $22.50/hour; six-month W-2 contract, estimated November 2026–April 2027.
- Up to 40 hours weekly, 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Pacific.
- One weekend day required; Sunday–Thursday preferred.
- Extension or conversion may be possible.
Responsibilities and qualifications
Help members with accounts and financial tools, review AI-assisted responses, and report recurring problems. Previous remote-work experience is required. Candidates need customer support experience, strong communication and sound judgment. Fintech experience is preferred.
