Cengage’s ed2go team is hiring a full-time remote enrollment representative to help prospective students choose continuing-education and career-training programs.
Pay and role
The advertised base range is $21.25–$27.88 per hour. This is a sales-focused role, with potential incentive compensation. You will follow up with qualified leads from calls, chat, referrals and online inquiries, understand student goals and guide enrollment.
What to bring
- Comfort working toward enrollment goals and responding to objections.
- Computer and CRM skills, plus reliable internet; a mobile hotspot is not accepted.
- Customer-facing experience; college coursework or a degree and admissions experience are preferred.
