Brightline is looking for a Member Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to members throughout their care journey. This fully remote role involves assisting members with scheduling, billing, insurance verification, administrative support, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first phone calls with new members to assess fit for Brightline services.
• Schedule appointments for members.
• Ensure required member paperwork has been completed.
• Support providers with administrative tasks.
• Answer administrative questions between sessions.
• Conduct eligibility checks, file insurance claims, and collect member payments.
• Maintain accurate and organized records within Brightline’s internal systems.
• Help improve operational processes while delivering an outstanding member experience.

Requirements

• Passion for improving behavioral healthcare for children and families.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using technology including email, scheduling software, and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on responsibilities.
• Medical office or insurance billing experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Monday through Friday
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST

Compensation

$21.00 – $25.00 per hour
