Midi Health is hiring a Senior Payroll Operations Analyst to lead end-to-end payroll execution across multiple company entities and strengthen the systems, controls, and reporting behind every pay cycle.

The work
- Execute biweekly on-cycle and off-cycle payroll runs.
- Validate new hires, terminations, bonuses, adjustments, taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and payroll controls.
- Support equity transactions, tax reconciliation, and finance reporting.
- Administer payroll systems, build reports, and resolve employee questions.
Required experience
- Five or more years of payroll operations experience with multi-state processing ownership.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets, data validation, and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state tax compliance.
- Excellent confidentiality, accuracy, and time management.
Preferred background
A bachelor’s degree, FPC or CPP certification, Rippling or similar enterprise payroll experience, equity payroll administration, or experience in healthcare and high-growth companies can strengthen an application.
Pay and deadline
The listed base salary range is $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience, location, and other factors. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
