<p>ResultsCX is hiring seasonal remote Customer Service Healthcare Representatives to assist customers with healthcare-related questions and account needs.</p><h3>What you’ll need</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute</li><li>Open availability between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Eastern, seven days a week</li><li>A quiet, dedicated workspace</li></ul><h3>Technology requirements</h3><p>A Windows 11 computer, Ethernet connection, at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, two monitors, USB headset, and webcam are required.
