About the role
Sharecare is hiring a full-time remote ROI Medical Records Specialist to process release-of-information requests accurately and securely.
What you’ll do
- Review and process requests for medical records.
- Protect confidential information and follow authorization requirements.
- Track work carefully and communicate with requesters when needed.
What they’re looking for
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Two years of medical-records experience is preferred.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute and strong attention to detail.
