Help patients address medical bills by phone, discuss payment arrangements, process payments and keep account notes accurate. This is a patient-billing collections role in a fast-paced call center.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service experience preferred; medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.
- Basic computer skills, communication, confidentiality and teamwork.
Pay and schedule
$16–$23/hour (USD). Full-time.
