Remote Customer Service Opportunities

Website WorkingSol Working Solutions

Flexible work-from-home customer service opportunities.

Working Solutions recruits independent contractors—called PROs—to provide customer service, technical support, sales, and other services from home. Contractors can select from available client programs after completing the application process, assessments, and computer scan.

Current opportunities include healthcare member support, accounting-software support, automotive response services, health-insurance verification, and bilingual customer support.

Pay

Programs generally pay approximately $0.25–$0.31 per productive customer-interaction minute, although some programs use a set rate. Individual listings currently advertise earnings ranging from approximately $14.85–$19.80 per hour, depending on the program, call volume, availability, and language requirements.

  • Flexible scheduling
