Moving Help Phone Agent – Part Time (Remote)

U-Haul is hiring a part-time remote Moving Help Phone Agent, requisition R248132. Base pay is $15 per hour and may be higher depending on state or local minimum wage requirements. Help customers book, change, reschedule or cancel Moving Help services, resolve concerns and document interactions in a high-volume phone, chat and email environment.

Qualifications and availability

A high school diploma or GED, customer-support experience, intermediate keyboarding/computer skills, active listening and the ability to use multiple programs are required. Stay calm and professional with frustrated customers.

Provide at least 30 hours of weekly availability, including at least one weekend day; some shifts require both. Scheduled hours depend on business needs, so 30 paid hours are not guaranteed. Holiday work is required. Listed phone shifts fall between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. Arizona time, with morning and later daytime options.

Home setup and training

Work and training must take place at your home in a private, quiet workspace, with separate child/dependent-care arrangements. Supply a Windows 11 computer with at least 16 GB RAM, a CPU benchmark of 6,000, an SSD with 5 GB free space, a webcam and a wired USB headset. The employer checks the computer and internet connection.
