Pay and location

The published annual range is $37,440–$43,680 for full-time remote work in the United States.

What you’ll do

Handle inbound and outbound contacts, verify information, explain case updates and deadlines, follow program procedures and protect confidential healthcare information.

What helps you qualify

• Two or more years of customer-service experience are preferred.
• Healthcare, Medicaid, government-program or outreach experience is helpful.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace.
• Comfort with required video interviews, orientation and training.
