TP (Teleperformance) is hiring a full-time Customer Engagement Specialist to work from home in the eligible U.S. states. Requisition: 2026-88779.
The work
Handle complex consumer questions through calls, chat, email and social channels; document interactions, troubleshoot problems and help with ecommerce transactions.
What you need
The listing prefers two or more years in a consumer-facing role, along with experience using multiple tools, ecommerce and call, chat or email support. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, must be over 18 and able to type 25 words per minute.
Location and home setup
Eligible U.S. states are listed above. Use a dedicated workspace with wired Ethernet: at least 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload and latency below 50 milliseconds. TP requires proof of speed and excludes satellite, mobile hotspots, P2P and VPN connections.
