A high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of related medical-field experience are required. Candidates need revenue-cycle and insurance-follow-up knowledge, Microsoft Office skills and strong customer service.

You must have internet with at least 300 Mbps download speed and unlimited data, plus a smartphone for multi-factor authentication.
