Omnisend
Guide ecommerce customers through onboarding, marketing campaigns and ongoing account strategy. Omnisend seeks one to two years of customer-success experience plus fluent Chinese and English. Location and eligibility
Remote in Indonesia. The listed locations also include Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Myanmar, the Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. The employer’s office-based hybrid policy applies to Vilnius, Kaunas and Charleston; applicants based elsewhere work fully remotely.
Experience
One to two years in customer success, fluent Chinese and English, and familiarity with digital-marketing metrics. Ecommerce, SaaS or marketing experience is an advantage.
Schedule

Communication and travel
Communicate through chat, phone, video, email and WeChat. Conduct account reviews and renewal conversations. Team gatherings and workations are described; travel frequency is not specified.
