Steno
Steno is hiring a part-time eFiling Specialist for its remote U.S. team. You would prepare, submit and track court filings, check documents, follow deadlines, and help prevent rejected submissions. The work involves keeping clients, legal vendors and teammates informed while managing multiple orders.
This role fits someone with a legal, litigation-support or attorney-services background who understands document preparation and court procedures. Familiarity with eFiling portals or legal case-management systems is useful; experience with California, Texas, Washington or multi-state portals is preferred. Those are experience preferences, not a stated requirement to live in those states.
Advertised pay is $23-$27 per hour. Steno seeks Monday-Friday coverage from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific, with some flexibility around working hours.
