Main responsibilities
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, governance plans, and measurable goals.

Requirements to review
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and ten or more years of program management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to improve operations, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Graduate education, PMP/CSM, healthcare credentials, or Lean/Kaizen certification are preferred.

Compensation
$140,800-$202,400 annual base salary across geographic zones. Zone 1: $161,920-$202,400; Zone 2: $154,880-$193,600; Zone 3: $140,800-$176,000.
