Help students and alumni navigate inquiries as part of IonTuition’s customer service team. This full-time position is fully remote in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia or Wisconsin.
The work
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats and text messages.
- Record customer information in the CRM and follow escalation procedures.
- Provide accurate assistance while meeting service and productivity expectations.
What you need
A high school diploma or equivalent, dependable internet, clear communication, attention to detail and comfort using and troubleshooting computer systems. This is a phone-based role.
Pay, training and benefits
Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. IonTuition provides equipment. The first two weeks of training run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.
