Make outbound calls to health plan members, explain healthcare programs and encourage them to schedule care assessments. The work includes handling hesitations, resetting appointments and meeting productivity targets. This is a phone-based engagement role with a sales-minded approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and verified.
- Computer, data entry, Outlook/Word and clear communication skills.
- Provide two monitors, each at least 22 inches with HDMI and DisplayPort, before starting.
Pay and schedule
$15/hour (USD). Full-time.
Assigned schedule; exact hours not published.
