Handle inbound and outbound patient billing calls, resolve insurance and financial-assistance questions, record account activity and arrange payments.
Requirements
- At least one year of call-center/customer-service experience.
- Healthcare billing knowledge preferred.
- Hardwired broadband: 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload; no Wi-Fi/DSL.
- Cameras on during training shifts except breaks/lunch; afterward as directed.
Pay and schedule
$17/hour; $19/hour for bilingual representatives, including $1 shift differential (USD). Full-time.
Monday–Friday 11 a.m.–8 p.m., plus every other Saturday 10 a.m.–2 p.m.; employer labels times CST.
Equipment supplied; insurance, matched 401(k), PTO and holidays.

This is a remote role for residents of Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Ohio, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Mexico. Must reside in one of the 28 listed US states.
