Help patients book, change and confirm diagnostic imaging appointments. Handle inbound and outbound contacts, review referrals, verify insurance and document interactions across scheduling systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Hands-on medical appointment scheduling and prior work-from-home experience required.
- Six months in healthcare contact centers, patient access or customer service preferred.
- Typing at least 40 WPM and a private, secure workspace.
Pay and schedule
$16/hour (USD). Full-time.
Assigned shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime.
The employer lists an October 29, 2026 start date.
