Transcarent is hiring a Knowledge Content Analyst to organize health-benefit information and support client and member service. Work includes gathering and maintaining benefit content, preparing materials for client launches and renewals, checking accuracy, and investigating support tickets. The analyst coordinates with clients, vendor partners, and internal teams and helps improve tools and processes.
