Porkbun is hiring full-time remote support staff in the United States to assist customers with domains, DNS, hosting and account questions by phone, chat and email.
Requirements
Applicants need U.S. employment eligibility, at least two years of technical-support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, reliable internet and a quiet workspace. Domain, DNS or hosting knowledge is required unless you have very strong live technical-support experience.
Schedule and pay
Both Saturday and Sunday are required. Available schedules are Saturday–Wednesday or Thursday–Monday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific. Starting pay is $45,000–$55,000 annually plus benefits; relevant registrar or hosting experience can qualify for the higher end.
